Investment Associate – Energy Infrastructure Platform
Investment Associate sought by a high growth energy infrastructure platform spearheading the development of multi-£bn energy infrastructure projects.
Our client are pioneers in the energy infrastructure space and intend to deliver 10GW + of zero carbon electricity in the next few years.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the evaluation of corporate development activities for the company, including fundamental financial analysis and preparation of internal presentations for stakeholders/board review.
Building and maintaining detailed financial and valuation models.
Supporting capital raising (debt & equity).
Transaction process management, including coordinating and conducting due diligence.
Preparation of key marketing/investor materials.
Requirements:
3-5 years’ experience in Investment Banking/M&A advisory (transaction experience in Renewable's/Infrastructure is required).
Strong quantitative, analytical skills, excel and power point capabilities.
Experience in industry due-diligence and financial modelling.
Ideally, a related degree in a technical / financial discipline and an outstanding academic record.
London based, flexible working (2/3 days in the office).
