Construction & Commissioning Manager –Hydrogen Electrolysis & Energy Storage IPP
Experience Profile:
The Construction Manager for Kintore should be able to demonstrate the following experience:
· Previous experience leading complex, large scale construction projects in either the energy or process industries. Large scale in this context is projects with at least 2 million field workhours.
· Expert and direct knowledge of work preparation and planning following the ECI’s Advanced Work Packaging method.
· Expert knowledge and experience of construction and completions work processes and the operation of electronic completions and commissioning management systems.
· Deep knowledge of relevant UK legislation, e.g. CDM and LOLER.
· Working knowledge and understanding of construction contracts. Ensures all contracts are properly and effectively administered.
· Considerable experience of operating in a senior capacity within a large project task force.

Responsibilities:
Candidate will be responsible for the following:
· Effective planning and budgeting of the construction, completion, and commissioning work.
· Ensuring that the construction team is appropriately resourced at all times (owner and sub-contractor teams).
· Accountable for all construction and completions work performed on the Kintore Project.
· Monitoring and holding sub-contractors accountable for performance and in the process ensuring on-time and on-budget performance.
Qualifications:
· Tertiary level qualifications (preferred).
· City and Guilds or equivalent.
· Familiar with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, P6 and MS Project.
· Evidence of continuing professional development.
