They specialise in multi-commodity wholesale trading and energy infrastructure, and they’re building something extraordinary from the ground up. As they grow, they’re looking for a visionary Head of Operations to help them build a data-driven, high-performance operations team and streamline the backbone of their business.

Your Mission:
As the Head of Operations, you won’t just manage — you’ll build and optimize. Your mission is to create a world-class operations framework that scales with our business, all while ensuring smooth and seamless delivery of the energy services. Here's how you'll make an impact:
Build a Dream Team: You’ll shape and develop a lean, high-performing operations team, setting the foundation for growth and success.
Innovate Processes: From scratch, you’ll design and implement automated, data-driven processes that make operations run like clockwork.
Master Systems: Take ownership of the key systems (CRM, platforms) and ensure they’re tailored for efficiency and business needs.
Strategic Insight: Stay ahead of market trends in energy and leverage this insight to shape operational strategies.
Be the Glue: Collaborate with the CEO, sales team, and other departments to ensure smooth operations that support the ambitious goals.
Problem-Solve: Be the go-to for handling complex customer issues and supplier management across all voltage and volume categories.
Drive Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the current systems and develop new ones, making sure you are always one step ahead.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Energy Expertise: At least 5 years of operations experience in the energy sector, with a deep understanding of the Polish energy landscape.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Tech-Savvy: Strong technical understanding with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Commercial Focus: A results-driven mindset with a passion for execution and growth.
Languages: Fluency in Polish and English is essential.
Education: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
