Land Manager - Solar & BESS

We’re seeking a Land Manager to play a pivotal role in securing and managing land agreements for large-scale solar, BESS, and co-located projects. Responsibilities:
Secure land agreements for solar, BESS, and co-located projects, from initial identification through to contract signing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local authorities, and other key stakeholders.
Conduct thorough due diligence on potential sites, ensuring compliance with planning regulations and suitability for development.
Provide regular updates to senior management on land acquisition progress, risks, and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years in land acquisition or land management (preferably within renewable energy).
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Expertise in UK land laws and planning regulations.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
