Business Development Manager - Solar & BESS On-Site Solutions

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a leading Solar and Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) developer and operator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of on-site energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage new clients for solar PV and BESS installations.
Develop and present tailored proposals that meet client needs, driving the transition to renewable energy.
Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring seamless deal execution.
Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across industries to promote on-site solar and storage solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to client specifications.
Qualifications:
Strong background in business development, particularly within the renewable energy sector (Solar PV, BESS).
Proven track record of successfully selling complex energy solutions.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Passionate about sustainability and the clean energy transition.
