Business Development Manager – Power Quality Specialists
Are you a dynamic business development professional with a proven track record in selling to HV/LV contractors and panel manufacturers?

Our client, a leader within the industry, specialises in providing a range of services, from designing and building custom equipment to installing and maintaining systems at our clients' locations, serving both industrial and commercial-scale customers. They are on an incredible growth trajectory, enabled by great financial backing and the ability to offer market-first novel technologies.
Together, we are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth in the power quality business. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities with electrical contractors, panel builders, and their end customers, as well as upselling to the existing client base.
Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with HV & LV contractors and panel builders throughout the UK
Create a pipeline of opportunities within these target markets to supply power-quality solutions
Drive growth within existing key accounts, cross-selling additional products and services
Prepare quotes and proposals for customers
Collaborate with the wider team to create targeted marketing campaigns
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales role
Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Strong skills in negotiating terms, contracts, and closing deals
Familiarity with panel builders and HV contractors in the UK
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and results-driven approach
Valid UK driving licence and openness to travel when required
