About Sam

​Sam is a driven recruitment professional with over two years of experience in the energy sector. He began his career in contract recruitment, focusing on ROV (Remotely Operated Vehicles) and subsea roles, where he worked globally with candidates across offshore and marine projects. Supporting clients worldwide, Sam developed a strong understanding of technical project requirements and built an international network of highly skilled professionals.

As his career progressed, Sam transitioned into permanent recruitment with a focus on the EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) side of the Renewable Energy market—specifically within Germany. This move allowed him to expand his industry knowledge and align his work with the accelerating shift toward clean energy solutions. He now partners with leading IPP’s and EPC clients to source top-tier talent for solar, wind, and other technology projects.
