Ross leads our Executive Search capability, managing cross-functional senior hires at C-suite, C-1 and Board level for real asset investors, developers, and operators across the UK and Europe.
He has spent the last eight years working in executive search in the Energy, Infrastructure & Industrials sectors, predominantly in large-scale global environments prior to joining Mint Selection in 2023.
Outside of work, Ross enjoys playing and watching various sports, and attending live music and comedy.
